How to Buy
How to purchase:
Simply choose the product you wish to purchase from our physical gift cards collection or from our e codes selection.
You will see some discounts on most of the products - (every little helps!) and also some of the brands, have a top-up facility. So - the first time you purchase one of these, choose a new card.
Then next time, you simply top-up with no postage! we will know your card number to do this. If you lose your card, simply order a new one next time and start again. We will always load the last card purchased unless you tell us otherwise.
We also sell e-codes for some brands. You can find these easily on the E codes tab. When you purchase these, there is no postage and packing, and you will see this on checkout. However, if you are also purchasing a physical gift card as well, then the postage cost will default to 2nd class postage.
After you have added your selection to your basket:
Next, choose your postage. 1st class is usually perfectly adequate for any pack of up to £75 but we also offer 2nd class post for you which is more cost effective.
Then you checkout normally and we do the rest!
We send out gift cards by post Monday to Friday 9-1pm - if your order arrives after 1pm we will process the next working day. We do not work on bank holidays.
E codes same as above, and we email you your code once we have ordered and received your chosen gift. We have to order your codes from the brands, so allow a couple of days max as we want you to have a code with its full expiry life on it. Remember your postage will default to zero if an e code is the only item in your basket.
Activating a gift card/voucher:
If you choose Protect in Post which is 2nd or 1st class or recorded delivery for your pack, then you will need to activate the pack when it arrives if the pack is valued at £75 or over. Simply email email@example.com, or reply to your dispatched email, or call us to do this Monday to Friday 9-5pm!
If you email/call by 12 noon, we can get your card live that working day or within 48 working hours depending on the brand chosen as some we have to send to the brands themselves to activate so they take a little while longer.
